Most Suite engagements settle inside one of these category bands. Your fixed-price one-page proposal arrives within 7 business days of the scoping call. Care Year covenants apply to every band — same renewal lock, same handover.

  • 01Why is Suite quoted instead of productized like Site / App / Store / Brand?

    Productization works when the engineering shape is repeatable. Site is repeatable; a B2B distributor portal with three pricing tiers and a dealer onboarding flow is not. Quoting per engagement keeps Suite honest — you pay for actual scope, not a generic SKU. The trade-off: longer scoping (we promise 7 business days for a one-page proposal), and a higher floor (₹14,99,000) because there is no productized path.

  • 02What's the difference between Suite and a regular dev agency?

    Three structural differences. (1) Fixed-scope, fixed-price one-page proposal in 7 days, not a day-rate engagement. (2) Build is wrapped in a 12-month Care Year — same eight covenants as productized products, including renewal-locked-at-Year-1 and no-lock-in handover. (3) Operations after launch are not a separate retainer; they are inside the year. Most agencies sell time; Dwize Suite sells outcomes inside an operating year.

  • 03Can I migrate from a productized tier (Store, Brand) to Suite, or vice versa?

    Yes, both directions. Productized → Suite: a 25% credit from your remaining productized year applies to the Suite engagement. Suite → productized: at year-end, if your bespoke system's shape has settled into something Site/App/Store/Brand can serve, we offer the productized tier at standard pricing — your data and integrations migrate as part of the new Care Year.

  • 04Who actually owns the code at year-end?

    You. Suite source code, schema, deployment configs, integration credentials (in your accounts), and runbooks ship to you at year-end if you choose not to renew (covenant 08). The Dwize platform layer beneath custom code remains Dwize-licensed, but every Suite is engineered so the bespoke layer is portable — another vendor can host and operate it without Dwize involvement.
