01Can I edit content myself?
No. There is no CMS for the buyer — that is intentional. It eliminates the WordPress-admin-password failure mode and the security debt that comes with it. Your named operator ships in-scope content updates within 2 business days of receipt, every time.
02What if I outgrow Dwize Site?
A 25% loyalty credit applies toward Dwize App, Store, or Brand if you upgrade within the first Care Year. The Cloudflare-edge platform and your domain stay; only the surface upgrades. Migration is part of the new Care Year.
03What if I want to cancel?
First 30 days: pro-rata refund, no questions asked (Care Year covenant 07). After that: clean offboard at year-end with code, content, and domain handed over plus 30 days read-only hosting at no cost (covenant 08).
04Do I own my code and content?
Brand and content: yours, full stop. The underlying Dwize platform code is Dwize-licensed but a no-lock-in handover ships at year-end if you choose not to renew — you can self-host or move to any vendor. There is no platform tax on your domain or business.
